1. 7-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely thrilled with your Rugnexa rug. If the colors, size, or pile does not harmonize with your room, you may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your delivery.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a full refund or exchange:
- The rug must be in its original, undamaged condition without pet odors, stains, or heavy wear.
- Original tags, certificate of authenticity, and protective packaging should be retained where possible.
- Swatch samples are refundable against future full rug purchases.
- Bespoke custom-made rugs (custom sizes and custom colorways) are handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be returned unless received damaged.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Simply email our concierge team at concierge@rugnexa.com with your Order ID and photo of the rug. We will dispatch our insured courier partner to pick up the rug from your doorstep.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once the rug arrives back at our Bhadohi atelier and passes inspection (usually within 48 hours), your refund is immediately initiated back to your original payment method (Bank Account / Card / UPI). Funds typically reflect within 3–5 business days.
